One of our latest planning submissions is with Haringey Council for determination.
Our favourite kinds of projects are those where space is limited, and planning constraints prevent large extensions. These limitations make us think hard about how to squeeze the most out of the space available, without the result feeling cramped.
Our proposals add only 10m², but through reconfiguring the space we have been able to create new spaces: a ground floor WC (originally, inhabitants would have had to use an outhouse); a utility room; and a large kitchen with island and dining space, connected to the other entertaining spaces.
