PassivHaus EnerPHit Approved in Bristol!

Updated: May 15, 2023

We have gained approval for a PassivHaus EnerPHit renovation and extension to a three-storey Victorian terrace in Easton.

The existing derelict house is uninhabitable, and will be transformed into a comfortable four-bedroom house. A ground floor brick-clad extension at the rear allows for an open plan living space, connecting to the garden. The street-facing facade will be renovated and carefully insulated internally, preserving the polychromatic (colourful pattern) brickwork, an unusual period feature.
