We are really excited to have been appointed by John Rowan and Partners to carry out a feasibility and options study for the Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) of Linacre Court in Hammersmith. The client team also includes Hammersmith and Fulham Council.
The TRA, which currently has no community centre or congregation space to speak of, needs a space for events and daycare, as well as community support.
Among the things our designs will factor in are: attractive appearance; budget; designing out opportunities for vandalism; and ease of access.
