We are really pleased to see out the completion of renovation works to a former Salvation Army hall in Hammersmith. Our clients, managing the property for the London Mindsports Centre (for sports which include Contract Bridge, Go, and Chess), took possession of a neglected building that had been empty for over four years. We prepared drawings and a detailed schedule of works for repairs and renovations (including insulation and internal partitioning), and coordinated new heating and ventilation plant with the services engineers ONE Ltd.. The works, over two floors, included the creation of a commercial office space to be sublet. We also inspected the contractor's works on site (London Renovators), and were honoured to be mentioned at the recent opening ceremony.
