Scope of Build: A complete renovation with kitchen extension and re-planning of bedrooms at this holiday home located within the Clifton Heritage Area. 

Outcome: A contemporary beach house with large open plan entertainment area seamlessly connected to the wrap-around terrace. The sea views are almost uninterrupted. A new hardwood pergola with sliding sun shades keeps the inside comfortable on the hottest days. The bedrooms were rearranged to be both generous and have their own bathrooms.
